Jen is an Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator with 16+ years’ experience coaching and developing leaders at all levels of the organisation across a wide range of industries including tech, media, finance, engineering, FMCG and startups. In addition to her professional experience, Jen has an MA in Psychotherapy which enables her to work with clients to tackle both the surface-level challenges of leadership and management, and explore the roots of their personal style, values and beliefs.
