We're based in the UK, but already have customers with international offices! 90% of our resources are available across all markets, and we'd love to work with you to fill any specific resource gaps.

Budgets and prices are available in multiple currencies including Pound Sterling, US Dollar, and the Euro. The platform is currently only available in English. If you have any specific questions, please get in touch.

We recommend an annual budget of £400 per learner. Typically, the greater the investment in people’s development, the greater the impact on the company. Learnerbly customers offer anywhere from £150 to £1500 annually.

Our clients would have two options: they can forward their learners' personal budgets into the following fiscal year, or adopt a 'use it or lose it' policy, that resets the budgets with a new allocation in the following fiscal year. In both cases, our clients will receive a refund for any unused credits at the end of their contract.

Depending on the size of your company, onboarding takes between one to four weeks. A member of our friendly Customer Success team will guide you throughout the process!

On an ongoing basis, you'll have all the tools you need to manage your people yourself. If you have any questions, our Customer Success team will give you the support and advice you need.

We want your experience of Learnerbly to reflect the organisational knowledge and culture of your company! You can create company-specific playlists to share knowledge internally.

We understand that every company has a different structure, so we've built our platform with that in mind. The only requirements are that each learner has an approver, and you can optionally use groups to organise your people into teams, interests, programmes or more. This flexible system has allowed us to incorporate the structure of many different organisations.
